means Original Equipment Manufacturer,in the OEM process we won’t design drawings for the customer,we just product according to the customer’s drawings and couldn’t make the same production for other’s process contains:Customer orders and drawings,confirm drawings and quotations,sign back,down payment,product,inspecting,packing and transportation.Compared to ODM, OEM has fewer steps in drawing design and sample production.

According to customer need, Ballwell Valve will

provide ball valves and ball valves’ components 

which is fully compliance with API 6D API 608 and 

API 607 standards for both floating ball and 

trunnion ball design.


Ballwell Valve‘s  experienced & professional engineer

team will review  all documents such as techincal

 specification, standards & code,drawings recorded 

with a unique documents no and revision no after the

customer approval to ensure that the latest designs and

 drawings are complied exactly during the production.

Manufacturing ,testing & approval

All the materials will be in full traceability with a material grade and heat 

no which are record on the process cards , drawings and color codes system.

All testings will be completed to sure all the raw materials are fully

complaince with ASTM ,DIN and EN/ISO standards.

A demo / sample will be provider for customer approval before the mass

 production on request.

A trial assembly testing and all pressure testing can be conducted in our

 worshop as per API 598 and API 6D

Quality always comes first during the production in valve world.

Pri-shipment Inspection

Before the goods are packed, all products will be re-inspected  on the quality ,quantity and product code etc.

Thirdy party inspection services are available on request with hold points

and wintess points.

Customer requirements will be completely satisfied!

Packing & Shipment

All the goods will be packed into flywood boxes properly to avoid any damages during the shipment no matter by air, sea and railyway.

All flywood boxes will have shipping marks and product codes to be traced back easily.

All delivery terms are available such as  EX WORK, FOB and CIF as per INCOTERM .

Packing and shippment

After the product completed,we’ll send you the photo or video of the production if you need,then we’ll pack and transport the production to your designated place.
